Happy Birthday To Vaughn:
Sunday was Vaughn's birthday and it was such a gorgeous day! I tagged along with him and our friend Ty to visit the Harwards for dinner and dessert. His mom made a Hawaiian feast that was so delicious! There was Kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, rice and salad. Vaughn and his brothers and sister did tricks on the trampoline, they are all so acrobatic, and then we ate ice cream cake! We met some friends afterwards at a school just down the street and flew a gigantic kite in the grass field. I watched the boys struggle with it because there wasn't enough wind and Vaughn was taking pictures of course, he took this one of me. It was a very fun day!

  2. Holly I am so glad you are posting.
I wanted to see a picture of that gigantic kite.
Your day sounds like a lot of fun, and that was so nice of Vaughn's mother to make a feast.
Tell Vaughn Happy Birthday from all of us.

  3. Yea for Holly posting!
So I'm so glad your race went well. That is funny that is so small and casual, but your time was so good! You should be proud! When they drop you off in the middle of nowhere for the SG marathon there are all sorts of fire pits going because it is so cold when you start. Hopefully you'll see for yourself this year :).
Tell Vaughn, "Feliz Cumpleanos" from all of us. We went kite flying tonight. It was so fun. You have to come visit soon. It is so pretty here right now. I love spring in Utah.
You look so pretty in the kite pic, by the way. Vaughn took a nice pic.
    See you soon,
    Love H
